This is the annual study session on tea Kaiseki by Haruhiko Hira of Kaiseki Tsujidome,
a member of the Urasenke Kaiseki cuisine.
This session is not only about the tea ceremony, but manly abut its accompanying food.
While having seasonal food and the teacher’s dishes (that value the flavor of the ingredients),
You will be taught how to enjoy tea Kaiseki, focusing on manners,
while going with the flow and enjoying the atmosphere of the tea ceremony.
This time in the study session you will experience traditional Japanese cha-kaiseki cuisine,
We hope that you can experience, even if just a little, the familiar and happy atmospehere of the tea ceremony,
which is often considered to be very hard to understand.
